Bend Sensor

Wearable Technologies

* Wire fabric sewn on a cloth.

* An LED attached in the middle of the cloth.

* The inside (black cable, being a negative polar here) is connected to LED cathode.
* LED anode is connected to a 100 Ω resistor.

* Resistor is connected to power supply (3 volts battery) (+)
* Power supply (-) is connected to the other end of the cloth with another wire fabric attached to it.

* Outside look.

* Inside look
* Cables, LED legs, resistor and battery are cover with another piece of cloth to prevent direct contact to hand.
* Battery can be changed, the end is not sewn.

* Bending the cloth.


* It blinks.
